On the 17th November 2021 we launched our latest ‘Window Display’ in Michael’s Drycleaners on the Gloucester Avenue parade of shops in Moulsham Lodge, Chelmsford. As well as our own office located on Moulsham Street our other window display is located in Upper Chase, just behind BBC Essex, off New London Road.
With a recent instruction on Gloucester Avenue, an instruction and ‘sale agreed’ on Beehive Lane and a previous sale in Orange Tree Close we are starting to see more opportunities to work with home owners in the Moulsham Lodge and Tile Kiln part of Chelmsford. There are no other estate agents in Chelmsford with a presence in those locations so we are well placed to be able to showcase properties in those locations in a very busy shopping parade as well as our other locations locally and online.
