We are absolutely delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted in 4 different categories at ‘The Negotiator Awards 2021’ – These are prestigious awards for Estate & Letting Agents all around the country with a fancy Awards Evening held in London on 26th November 2021.
The categories we have been shortlisted in are:
- Community Champion of the Year
- New Agency of the Year
- Regional Agency of the Year: East of England
- Estate Agency of the Year (Small)
For an estate agency that only started in January this year we are excited to have been shortlisted and our work in the local community to have been recognised at such an early stage in the business. Whether we win an award or not we know that by continuing to operate as we do, we will achieve great things and help many buyers and sellers to complete on what is usually their biggest asset that they will ever own.
We are the only solely based Chelmsford Estate Agent to have been shortlisted in these awards and are proud of the team to have got these nominations.
